The short version.
Use our products fairly, respect other people, and don't break things on purpose. What you
make is yours. Purchases are handled by Apple or Stripe. We'll always be straight with you,
and we never sell your data.
1. The agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and BrandBox LLC ("BrandBox", "we", "us"). They cover
every product we make, including Arcade, Gridiron Rush, CrayonPals, BrandBox AI, Amphora and
this website. By using any of them, you agree to these terms and to our
Privacy Policy. If a product has extra terms, they're listed
under Product by product. If you sign a separate written agreement
with us, that agreement takes priority.
If you're under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to
these terms for you.
2. Accounts
Some products let you create an account. Give accurate information, keep your sign-in
secure, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You're responsible
for what happens under your account. You can delete it at any time by emailing
parth@brandboxai.app.
Web products. Payments on our websites are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay. Subscriptions renew until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time to stop the next charge.
Refunds. If something you paid us for directly didn't work as described, email us within 30 days and we'll make it right. Where the law gives you further refund rights, those apply too.
Virtual items. In-game tokens and cosmetic items have no cash value and can't be exchanged for money.
4. Fair use
Please don't:
Break the law, or use our products to harm, harass or deceive anyone.
Cheat, exploit bugs, or submit fake scores to leaderboards.
Upload content you don't have the rights to, or content that is illegal, hateful or sexually explicit.
Try to access systems or data you're not authorized to access, overload our services, or scrape them at scale.
Reverse-engineer or resell our products, except where the law allows it or we've agreed in writing.
Pick offensive usernames. We may change or remove them.
If you break these rules, we may remove content or suspend or close your account.
5. Your content
You own what you create and upload. You give us a limited licence to store, process and
display it only to run the product for you. For example, we need it to save your projects,
generate your mockups or show your score on a leaderboard. This licence ends when you
delete the content or your account, apart from backups that roll off on their normal
schedule and anything you've made public, such as leaderboard scores.
6. Product by product
Arcade arcadegaming.app
Leaderboards are public. We may remove scores that look fraudulent.
Tokens, avatars and wardrobe items are licensed to you for use in Arcade. They aren't property you own and can't be transferred.
Gridiron Rush iPhone & iPad
The app is a free download with a three-day free trial. After that, a single one-time purchase unlocks the full game. Nothing renews.
Gridiron Rush is an original game. It isn't affiliated with or endorsed by the NFL or any team or league.
Gus Grimsby: Ghost Hunter iPhone & iPad
The app is free to download and play without limits. The free version shows ads between runs. A one-time in-app purchase, Ad-Free, removes all ads. Nothing renews.
Ads are provided by Google AdMob; we're not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the sites they link to.
Coins, upgrades and ghosts earned in the game have no cash value and can't be exchanged or transferred.
All characters, ghosts, art, music and voices are original to Gus Grimsby or used under public-domain (CC0) licences.
CrayonPals iPhone & iPad
Made for children, used with a grown-up's permission. Purchases, settings, links and sharing sit behind a parental gate.
All animals, art and voices are original to CrayonPals or used under public-domain licences.
BrandBox AI brandboxai.app
Your mockups, analyses and plans are yours to use, including commercially. AI output may not be unique, and other people may get similar results.
Results are design aids, not production sign-off. Always check dimensions, dielines, colors and print specs with your printer before you produce anything.
Make sure you have the rights to any logos, brand names or images you upload.
Amphora self-hosted WMS
Amphora is licensed under your order form or license agreement with us, which takes priority over these terms.
You run and secure the server, and you're responsible for your backups and for the data you store in Amphora.
7. Our intellectual property
Our products, including their code, art, music, names and logos, belong to BrandBox LLC or its
licensors. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them under
these terms. If you send us feedback, we may use it without owing you anything. Thank you
in advance.
8. Disclaimers and liability
We work hard to make our products reliable, but they are provided "as is" and "as
available", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't
promise that they'll always be available or free of errors.
To the fullest extent the law allows, BrandBox LLC isn't liable for indirect, incidental,
special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total
liability for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months
before the claim or US$50. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to
you. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection law.
9. Ending, changes and law
You can stop using our products at any time. We may suspend or end access if you seriously
or repeatedly break these terms, and where it's reasonable we'll tell you first. We may
update these terms. If a change is significant, we'll tell you in the product or by email
before it takes effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where BrandBox LLC
is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If we have a disagreement, please
email us first. Most things can be sorted out in a conversation.
